RepayTrades digital learning terms

These terms describe purchases and use of the RepayTrades digital book, video, and membership library at repaytrades.com. Contact support@suityou.org if you have questions before purchasing.

Digital access

Our products are digital. No physical item is shipped. After payment is confirmed and activation completes, use your checkout email to sign in and access the content included in your purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and using compatible internet-connected devices. Contact us if access is not working.

All Access membership and renewal

All Access is $1 USD for the first month, then $29.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout, and automatically renews monthly until canceled. The price, frequency, and amount accepted at checkout apply to your membership. Your account and confirmation emails show your billing details. We will communicate material changes to your plan or price as required by applicable law.

Digital purchases and membership access

RepayTrades provides digital products, learning resources, and membership access that may be delivered immediately after purchase.

Because digital access is provided immediately, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or where a billing error has occurred.

Canceling future renewals

Cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date by signing in and opening Memberships, or email support@suityou.org for assistance or to request cancellation. Access continues through the current paid term and then members-only access ends. Read the cancellation policy and refund policy for details. Our policies do not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer remedy required by applicable law.

Payments and access problems

A failed renewal may be retried, and we will notify you so you can update your payment method. If payment cannot be recovered, paid access ends. Please contact us promptly about duplicate or incorrect charges, missing access, or content that does not match its description. Any remedy required by law remains available.

Personal use and conduct

Your access is for your personal educational use. Do not share or sell account access, redistribute the books or videos, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully. Content remains the property of its respective rights holders. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security issues, subject to applicable law.

Educational purpose

RepayTrades provides general education, not personalized investment advice or a promise of profits. Trading involves risk, including loss of capital. You are responsible for your decisions. Examples and hypothetical calculations do not guarantee future results.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms or related policies excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation rights or remedies for faulty, unavailable, or misdescribed digital content. Where applicable law provides greater rights, those rights take precedence.

Educational information only. RepayTrades, by SuitYou LLC, provides e-books, video lessons, articles, examples, and membership content for general education and information. This content is not personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, an instruction to place a trade, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial product. It does not take your financial circumstances, objectives, experience, or risk tolerance into account. Do your own research and consult an appropriately qualified professional before making financial decisions.

No earnings or results guarantees. Purchasing a book, joining All Access, watching a lesson, or applying a concept does not guarantee that you will earn money, become profitable, avoid losses, or achieve any particular result within any period. Testimonials and statistics. Testimonials and individual experiences do not establish typical results or guarantee your outcome. References to people helped or membership numbers describe educational reach, not the number of profitable traders. Your decisions and third-party services. RepayTrades provides trading education, not funded trading accounts, brokerage services, trade execution, custody of investment funds, or management of your trading account. You are responsible for evaluating whether trading is appropriate for you and for your own trades, account settings, position sizes, and choice of broker or platform. Mentions of external websites, tools, markets, or services are informational and do not guarantee their quality, safety, availability, or performance. Use our content and any third-party services in accordance with applicable laws and rules.

Accuracy and availability. We aim to provide useful educational material, but information may contain errors or become outdated as markets, products, and rules change. To the extent permitted by law, content is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted access, or suitability for your particular needs. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes your non-waivable consumer rights.
